Syncrolift, Inc. will be showcasing its Flex Trolley Transfer system technology at the Workboat Show in New Orleans from November 30 to December 2, 2022 at stand 3361. This modern technology accounts for the latest advancements in dry docking systems for ships and boatyards.

NEW ORLEANS, Nov. 29, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Syncrolift Inc, a leading provider of transfer systems for the shiplift industry, will be displaying its Flex Trolley Transfer system technology at the New Orleans Workboat event from November 30 through December 2, 202 at stand 3361.

Today's Syncrolift is certainly not "your grandfather's shiplift". The world has moved on in the 65 years since the Syncrolift shiplift system was invented. At the time it was a brilliant concept, but during our 65 years of learning and experience, many changes have taken place, and for the better. Today's Syncrolift designs focus more on safety with the added benefits of saving time and money and they are looking forward to showcasing the Flex Trolley at the New Orleans event.

Syncrolift is leading modern-day initiatives with their Fast Docking™ systems, which help ship and boatyards dock vessels easily and adapt to the more exotic hull forms and propulsion systems that were not evident back in 1957. Their modern transfer systems are far more flexible in terms of their load-carrying capability. Today they can go where no previous transfer systems could go.

Syncrolift's "Flex Trolley" is a perfect example of our wider capability in transfer system design. It is a highly maneuverable, heavy-load, fluid-bed transporter designed for heavy objects with loads from 500 to 5000 tons. It is a multi-bogie transfer system with a "Go anywhere" capability. Hydraulic bilge arms avoid the need for labor-intensive blocking too.

The system can be extended and retracted to avoid fragile components such as sonars and fins. This flexibility allows the Flex Trolley to be used for transporting heavy loads of all kinds of shapes and sizes in a rough-terrain environment.

The fluid-bed system in Flex-Trolley ensures peak loads are evened out when going over rails, bumps, and other obstructions which are found in most boats and/or shipyards. This "Go anywhere" capability means hull damage is avoided during transit. A lot of modern boat designs have large picture windows incorporated in the hull which can easily be cracked when squeezed by rough lifting straps.

The Flex Trolley Transfer system is a versatile and efficient way to transfer vessels between a drydock and a Syncrolift shiplift. The system can be used with a variety of vessel sizes and types and can be easily customized to specific needs.

Syncrolift is committed to providing innovative solutions that improve efficiency and safety in Shiplift industry. The Flex Trolley Transfer system is just another example of the company's dedication to this goal.

Come and see Syncrolift® Inc. on Stand #3361 at the International Workboat Show in New Orleans from November 30th through December 2nd.
